Quality Management is used to ensure that all the activities related to product design, develop and implement are efficient and effective to the system in terms of all quality aspects.
Quality management have three main components
Quality Control: in other terms quality control is the process of testing the product from different aspects of product development and deployment life cycle.
Quality Assurance: quality assurance is the process of verifying the process used to implement the product.
Quality Improvement: Product quality should be improved day by day and to meet this criteria quality improvement should be in place for any company. This can be achieved from customer feedback and by comparing to similar competitor products.
Quality management is focused not only on product quality, but also the means to achieve it. Quality management therefore uses quality assurance and control of processes as well as products to achieve more consistent quality.
